Washington and Lee University started the new decade by hosting a Supervisor’s Toolkit with a record 48 attendees representing 6 institutions. SRAPPA Qualified Trainers, David Hatch (NCSU) and Dan Yanna (Shepherd University), facilitated the weeklong class with supervisors from Shepherd University, Virginia Military Institute, University of Richmond, University of Virginia, Washington & Lee, and West Virginia University. At the graduation ceremony, supervisors shared their experiences and plans for implementing new skills, one supervisor told the class “I wish I had this class 20 years ago.”
