Cancellations/Substitution Policy

Cancellations (attendees & sponsors) received by February 14, 2023 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be permitted after this date.
Registrations may be transferred to another employee/staff member within your organization.
Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing to SCAPPA.
