Vice President
To be installed at the fall conference

Time Commitment: Approximately 2-4 hours a month but will be more for the Spring Board Meeting and Fall Board Meeting/Conference or other special projects.
 
Tenure: The Vice President shall be elected when the previous First Vice President ascends to the office of President Elect. The Vice President shall assume office upon being elected and installed and shall serve a term of one (1) year.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Primary: Get familiarized with SRAPPA operations, Board of Directors positions and Committee Operations.
2. Responsibilities:
   • Attend the SRAPPA Spring Board Meeting at fall host site city.
   • Serve as a voting member on the Nominating Committee.
   • Serve as a voting member on the Board of Directors.
   • Updates Onboarding document information
   • Works with all Board Members to understand roles and responsibilities.
   • Support VP of Communications with website edits and updates.
   • Work with President-Elect to develop articles for association newsletter.
   • Support each committee that is operational in scope, i.e., Membership, Awards, Professional Development
   • Work on Committees as assigned by the President or on a voluntary basis.
   • Supports President and President-Elect in coverage for Board vacancies.
   • Attends monthly SRAPPA meetings.
